The breakfast was good and for vegans, reasonably priced. Spacious room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Its location in Brasov was particularly good, so close to Predeal. Everything met what we needed, I can't wait to come back.

Reasonable price and cleaning

This is the second time we have been there and during the first stay it was perfect, clean, quiet and wonderful service. This time I had booked double bed and when I arrived I found two twin beds and they couldn't change because anyother room wasn't available but I couldn't see during my stay more than 3 families on the hotel. Another point drove me crazy was the restaurant. It was closed for a private party, serving dinner inside their conference room (it's okay as plan b) but the party went out until 3h am with dj playing as discoclub and we couldn't sleep due the place is not properly installed for loud parties. Now try to imagine everything with a baby with 2 years old in the room, I just didn't hang out because she fell sleep, either way I was ready to check-out on the same night for another hotel.

The hotel appeared to be brand new, having opened for merely two weeks. I later learned that there was another hotel named "Oliver" there which was sold and redone by the new owners. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly, from the moment of my arrival to the point I left. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is tidy. Very well done overall. There is a Lebanese restaurant at the first floor, serving decently priced, very tasty food. Overall, excellent value for money. Highly recommended for travelers with reasonable expectation

For a 4 star hotel, not having anything in the minibar was a downer. Or missing any coffee or tea maker was not something I was expecting - I got used to prepare tea and coffee in my room as I often work while traveling, But nothing major comes to mind. This hotel is good value for money.

It was reasonably priced, the hotel was fairly clean, and the staff were nice and incredible. The restaurant here was great with interesting food, we both ordered tasty dishes.

The hotel was conveniently located near a major avenue and the shopping plaza. There were several coffee shops close by and it was easy to hail a taxi. The rooms were quite clean and spacious, and the staff was accommodating when requested.

The hotel was quite far away from the city center and good restaurants, thus making it challenging to find decent dining options nearby.

It was in an absolutely perfect location close to the shopping plaza. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe. Everyone who worked there was very amiable and attentive.

Everything was simply nice. Thoroughly enjoyed Brasov, the hotel was modern and wonderful close to the shopping plaza. The staff were very amiable. My suite was brand-new with shower.

It was a lovely hotel in a good area, not far from a very good establishment, the centre for at least half a hour and center of town. Enjoyed the room with view at bucharest boulevard, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was pleasant, welcoming, and responded promptly to requests. The vibe here was elegant! The location was great - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

The breakfast options left a bit to be desired, but the hot cocoa was pretty good. The room was spacious and had plenty of natural light. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main shopping areas.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was not great. The service was subpar and the staff seemed more interested in going through the motions than truly being hospitable.

But despite these minor issues, I found the hotel well-suited for business travelers, with ample parking and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
